About The Intuitive Assistant

I'm Lina (they/them), and I want to help business owners and teams feel human and cared for.

Centering and supporting marginalized people and groups is important to me, including but not limited to anyone at the intersections of: Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian, Latinx, 2SLGBQTIA+, sex worker, disabled, fat, or neurodivergent. I am anti-capitalism, anti-imperialism, anti-prison and police, and try to embody that in my work.

I've worked in corporate environments for 12+ years, spending the majority of my life trying to mold myself into something that could be accepted in those spaces. It was dehumanizing and exhausting. I am done and want to help you avoid doing that to yourself, your employees, and your business.

Whatever role I am in, I genuinely enjoy building and nurturing relationships. This has been a common thread throughout all of my experiences and I've found that my affinity for this is key to successful projects and implementations.

You can find me cuddling my pittie mix, Zadie, being outside with the plants and trees, thrifting, trying out new systems that might work for my ADHD brain, horror (books, movies, shows), under a pile of blankets playing Gardenscapes, forcing myself to drink water, and re-defining what being Jewish means for me.

I am also a co-lead of Neighbors Against White Supremacy, a collective of white people in Central Queens dismantling white supremacy and anti-Blackness within ourselves and our community while supporting Black and Brown led organizations and people.
